We are pleased to announce our participation in Epirus’s $70 million Series B financing round led by Greenspring manager Bedrock Capital. The company designs and builds directed energy systems for the defense and commercial sectors and will use this round to expand beyond countering threats from unmanned aerial systems. Cargo One, a digital booking platform for air cargo, has raised $42 million in Series B financing led by Greenspring manager Bessemer Venture Partners. This financing round will help Cargo One meet the growing demand for distribution resulting from increased e-commerce sales and distribution requirements for the COVID-19 vaccine. Read more here.

Workplace software company ClickUp, which has seen accelerated growth as a result of remote work during the pandemic, has raised $100 million in new financing with participation from Greenspring manager Craft Ventures. Craft Ventures co-founder David Sacks described ClickUp as a “single productivity platform to rule them all.” Read more here.

Modern Health, a mental health platform that compliments a company’s typical health plan, has raised $51 million in Series C financing with participation from Greenspring manager Felicis Ventures. Read more here.
